Committee Member Expectations:

• Engagement: Members should be actively engaged and committed to the committee's goals and activities.
• Reliability: Consistency in attending meetings, completing assigned tasks, and contributing to discussions is essential.
• Teamwork: Good members should be able to work collaboratively, support their peers, and contribute positively to group dynamics.
• Expertise or Skills: Members should bring relevant skills, knowledge, or experience that can benefit the committee’s work.
• Open-Mindedness: A willingness to listen to others, consider different perspectives, and provide constructive feedback is important.
