Professional Classroom or Boardroom Space Available!
Our facilities offer customized classroom configuration and in-house administrative and hospitality staff. Each room is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system, LCD projectors and a high-speed internet connection. We can provide the presentation tools necessary to conduct your meeting, including dry erase boards, podiums and microphones.

Who can reserve a room?
Anyone may reserve rooms. Members of the DeKalb Association of REALTORS® will receive discounts on rates available to the public. Members may be able to reserve space for certain events at no charge. For more information, please contact Ronda Ensor, Education and Administrative Coordinator, at 770-493-6100.
What time frame is the space available?
Rates are for events held on normal business days between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm.
What amenities or services are included?
Our building has WIFI available. Our classrooms have projectors/screens, microphones and podiums. There is an additional fee for coffee service. Users are expected to leave the space clean, neat and free of trash and will be responsible for any damages to the space.
May we post signage?
You may not post any signage outside of the space you rent. This includes directional signs and signage within the building.
May we have food or alcohol at our event?
Approved catering is permitted. Alcoholic beverages may be permitted, however only with advance permission and is subject to the discretion of an authorized representative of DAR. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold on the premises.
Management reserves the right to decline room usage at any time.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING. SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS OUTSIDE ONLY.
You may not admit to the room a number of persons in excess of the maximum occupancy.
