Upon completion of this course attendees will be able to demonstrate the proper use of GAR Forms based on GAR's licensing requirements. Students will be able to identify changes to current GAR Forms for the 2024 year. The course will explain and introduce students to newly added forms and special stipulations.

After completion of this 3 hours CE Course, agents will be able to: recognize the effects on license status by prohibited conduct, identify requirements between brokers and agents regarding trust and escrow accounts, recognize prohibited unfair trade practices, understand brokerage relationships and engagements, recognize the management roles and responsibilities of real estate transactions, understand the requirements and ramifications of a licensee acting as a principal.
