The DeKalb REALTOR® Hall of Fame honors DeKalb REALTORS® who have made extraordinary and distinguished contributions to the real estate profession and markets in Georgia over a period of at least 20 years.
REALTOR® of the Year: Dr. Christopher Johnson
The REALTOR® of the Year award is the highest honor presented by DeKalb REALTORS®, recognizing a member whose professionalism, leadership, and service exemplify the very best of our industry.
Mary Nelson Spirit Award Winner: Joanne Watkins
The Mary Nelson REALTOR® Spirit Award is based on the recipients’ outstanding spirit and attitude toward the activities of the Association and Community.
Clark Harrison Community Service Award Winner: Shedonna Grier
The Clark Harrison REALTOR® Community Service Award is based on the recipient demonstrating their service to the community and helping to make positive changes.
Rookie of the Year: Robert McCarrier
The Rookie of the Year Award is given to the REALTOR® that has been in real estate sales for no more than two years and who has pursued an assertiveness toward listing and selling.
Affiliate of the Year: Georgia MLS
The Affiliate of the Year Award is given to the Business Affiliate that has actively participated in Association work, events, and activities and demonstrated high principles when rendering service to REALTORS® and the general public.
This award recognizes a spotlight member of the month based on REALTOR Spirit, civic activity, business accomplishments, Local, State and National Association activity.
